Nirvana is on a mission to revolutionize commercial insurance through data innovation. As a founding Sales Development Representative, you will lead the go-to-market efforts by identifying potential customers and generating demand for a new AI-driven product in the logistics sector.

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting
Manage a well organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM
Collaborate with the General Manager to refine sales messaging & outbound strategies
Meet or exceed quarterly goals for opportunities generated

Required

1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication skills, both written & verbal

A growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with your teammates in the relationship building process

Successfully able to work in high-growth & ambiguous start-up environments
Able and willing to work in our San Francisco office
