Sales Development Intern
Humanscale is the premier designer and manufacturer of ergonomic products that improve health and comfort at work. This internship offers the opportunity to educate clients on ergonomics, engage with existing customers, and grow new accounts while primarily targeting end-user accounts to set appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities
Maintain the appropriate levels of sales activities – prospecting (phone calls and e-mail outreach), conducting initial sales conversations and close for appointments
Use Humanscale’s CRM system to track leads, complete sales prospecting activities, develop opportunity reports, and provide accurate monthly lead forecasts to the sales management teams
Assist the sales team with setting up product evaluations or demonstrations for potential customers
Serve as a liaison between the customer care team and the customer on shipment and quality matters
Ability to assess end-users’ furniture and technology to specify appropriate configuration of solutions
Completing sales activity/ opportunity reports and maintaining customer contact database
Effectively work with other Humanscale, A&D, Dealer and End-user personnel
As needed set up post sale end-user appointments working with ADR on recently closed business
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in college in 2025/2026
Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships
Great presentation skills
Candidates must have dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto-insurance
