Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their most critical objectives and data challenges
Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications from the ground up
Work across the software stack including data pipelines, backend services, and frontend interfaces
Rapidly iterate on prototypes and production-ready solutions based on real-time feedback
Embed directly with customer teams as needed to drive implementation success
Support enterprise transformation by operationalizing workflows and unlocking insights from complex data
Qualification
Required
Passion for solving meaningful, real-world customer problems—even beyond the original scope
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript (used regularly in day-to-day development)
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take full ownership of outcomes, and deliver with speed
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience building applications that deliver measurable business value
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Experience with Palantir Foundry, AIP, or similar data platforms
Experience delivering production-level ML or LLM-based solutions
Familiarity with React for frontend development
Experience working with Spark or other distributed computing frameworks
