Academic Program Manager
UNT Health Fort Worth is part of the University of North Texas System, which is dedicated to transforming lives through education. Responsibilities
Oversees the development of students through coordinated academic support, mentoring, and student engagement
Collects, assesses, and interprets program data to support continuous improvement and student success
Monitors student performance, content engagement, completion of supervised practice hours, and attainment of competencies
Advises current and prospective students, provides support to students from application to graduation
Participates in community events, informational sessions, and student recruitment activities
Manages program social media accounts to enhance visibility and engagement
Responds to information requests from prospective students
Collaborates with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to analyze situations and data to implement appropriate solutions, and create assessment reports
Detail and service oriented
Ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage multiple assignments and projects
Preferred
Credentialed as Registered Dietitian (RD) or Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered (NDTR)
Master's degree
Prior experience in advising or mentoring students
