Responsibilities
Own the Salesforce roadmap for Client Success, including optimization and new feature implementation
Conduct monthly CRM audits to maintain data integrity and trust in the platform
Act as the primary liaison between Client Success stakeholders and Product/Technology teams, translating business requirements into actionable solutions
Develop and maintain campaign reporting and playbooks to support strategic initiatives
Prioritize and manage backlog items, balancing current needs with future opportunities
Support change management and training efforts to drive adoption of Salesforce tools
Monitor downstream impacts of new configurations and ensure scalability across teams
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of experience in Salesforce analytics, product management, or CRM strategy
Proven expertise as a Salesforce SME
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive outcomes in an agile environment
Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience in financial services or fintech
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
Advanced presentation and roadmap development skills
Salesforce certification preferred
