Responsibilities

Owns all chief of staff responsibilities, inclusive of managing day-to-day operations
Shape and communicate the organization’s strategy and key initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and visibility of major achievements to executive stakeholders
Drive the execution of top strategic initiatives, proactively rolling up sleeves to ensure successful delivery
Collaborate across product teams to deliver against business objectives, owning the tracking and execution of key milestones
Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for the leadership team and the broader organization, ensuring focused discussions and real-time alignment
Partner with Finance and HR to manage headcount planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

Required

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or chief of staff roles
Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills – you can create compelling, eye-catching presentations and develop complex reports with little or no oversight
Strong relationship builder comfortable collaborating with and influencing Managing Director-level team members
Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly

Preferred

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
Experience working in financial services
