Mid LevelTGW Logistics is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to join their Controls Engineering Department. The role involves planning, designing, and implementing controls engineering for customer orders while providing technical support and maintaining engineering documentation.

Responsibilities
Support internal training of related engineering tools and processes
Create and maintain controls engineering documentation – including sensor/actuator layouts and associated engineering and electrical installation reports, controls component order lists, electrical drawings and associated reports – on new projects and/or retrofit/upgrade projects, either independently, or as part of a team
Create and maintain documentation for integrated safety and network engineering
Provide technical support for the Mechanical/Project engineering team, Control cabinet manufacturing, and controls installation onsite
Cross-reference, and/or specify controls components, create TGW part numbers, and order controls components in associated software tools (Navision and/or SAP/Budget)
Support the specification, clarification and documentation of controls processes and communication points with software – Controls PLC and MFS
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a controls related field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science) preferred, or associates degree and equivalent experience
Several years' applicable experience in an industrial environment that includes design, debug, startup and production-cut in of warehouse controls equipment
Demonstrated experience working on full design to production project lifecycles
Willingness to travel up :20-30% of the time domestically and internationally
