Responsibilities

Dive deep into the landscape of Business AI, exploring current trends, methodologies, and best practices

Learn and understand SAP NS2's existing systems using SAP AI - Business Transformation Platform (BTP) and identify opportunities for AI and data analytics integration

Collaborate closely with various engineering teams to facilitate the adoption of AI and data-driven solutions

Engage with customers to gather requirements, understand their challenges, and translate them into actionable AI functionalities, considering the role of data insights

Contributes to the design and conceptualization of SAP’s new AI-powered features and products, potentially incorporating data analytics capabilities

Required

Proven experience in developing and optimizing machine learning models

Strong competence with various tools, procedures, and programming languages relevant to machine learning and AI, such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc

Experience in applying recent research breakthroughs to real-world problems to create business value

Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects with moderate complexity

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to enhance existing systems and processes

Excellent communication skills to build collaborative work relationships and convey relevant messages clearly and constructively

Proficiency in designing and implementing novel machine learning algorithms

Understanding of AI ethics and explainability

Ability to ensure performance and system scalability through collaboration with development teams

Innovative mindset to push the frontiers of machine learning with real data

Ability to understand business problems from beginning to end and apply research insights effectively

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
