Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for automated cloud resource provisioning
Build, deploy, and optimize applications and integrations using Python (or Java) within the AWS ecosystem
Engineer and manage Amazon Connect environments, including configuration of IAM, Lex, Lambda, KMS, S3, and Kinesis
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Jules and manage code repositories with Git/Bitbucket
Rapidly prototype proof-of-concept solutions and scale them to production-ready systems
Implement and support RESTful APIs for contact center integrations and automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient voice solutions
Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure engineering, automation, and data fluency
Support container orchestration and deployment in AWS Cloud environments
Apply best practices for data security, compliance, and call recording in telephony platforms
Stay current with AWS certifications and emerging cloud technologies
Qualification
Required
