Google Nest DIY Territory Sales Manager
CROSSMARK is one of the fastest growing sales and marketing agencies in North America, and they are currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join their innovative team. The role involves driving product sellout within an assigned territory of DIY retail stores, cultivating relationships with retail management, and leading training events to increase sales and market share of Google Nest products.
Brand Marketing
Responsibilities
Driving product sellout within an assigned territory of 50+ DIY retail stores
Cultivating relationships with retail management and associates to drive awareness, train, and emphasize strategic initiatives
Developing a comprehensive approach and tracking of training for customer sales and associate training
Influencing store associates at all levels
Coordinating and leading training events, whether 1:1 or group trainings, formal and informal
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales or territory management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail management and associates
Experience in training and development of sales teams
Proven track record of driving sales and market share growth
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with Google Nest products or similar technology
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred
Experience in the DIY retail industry
Background in experiential marketing
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
Experience with data analysis and sales tracking tools
