Responsibilities

Provide administrative and logistical support to Moss Landing Marine Laboratories’ (MLML) Scientific Diving Program Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) with San Francisco State University (SFSU) and Sonoma State University

Organize dive plans, diver certifications, diver training

Assist with the filing of dive plans, scheduling and vessel in use in coordination with MLML Marine Operations

Schedule meetings

Facilitate communications between SFSU and Sonoma State research divers and MLML’s Diving Safety Officer

Provide administrative support for purchasing gear, equipment, and tank fills
