Responsibilities

Manage and participate in full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation including generation of offer letters and other required new hire documents
Leverage diverse sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Provide leadership and coaching to a small team of Talent Acquisition support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals
Lead and contribute to projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function
Support company branding initiatives to enhance HomeServices of America’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other talent outreach opportunities
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned

Required

Associate degree or equivalent knowledge and work experience
10+ years' full cycle recruiting experience
Proven success in high-volume or large-scale hiring initiatives
Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools and techniques, and company branding best practices
Working knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws as it relates to recruitment to ensure employment actions and programs are in compliance
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and customer service skills
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and expeditiously
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision making
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
1+ years' supervisory or team leadership experience, demonstrated mentoring or leading recruitment teams
PHR certification
UKG Recruiting preferred
Flexibility for occasional after-hours interviews as needed to best meet candidate needs
