Zing Recruiting is seeking a Business Development Manager for Peoplelink Staffing to support and grow their Downers Grove, IL market. This role involves driving client acquisition, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with teams to deliver tailored workforce solutions.

Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition and expand existing customer relationships
Execute sales strategies aligned with branch and regional goals
Perform in-person and phone cold calls to grow client base
Utilize Peoplelink’s sales methodology (CSP, PPP, Discovery Agreements)
Present workforce solutions tailored to customer needs
Negotiate pricing to maintain minimum Gross Profit expectations
Collaborate with recruiting and service teams for successful delivery
Participate in networking, outreach, and community engagement
Track all sales activities in CRM system
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of verifiable staffing industry sales experience required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing or HR solutions
Strong communication skills and business acumen
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities at once
Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License
Ability to perform local travel 60–75% of the time
