Outside Sales Representative
TechnoSphere, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to manage a California territory focused on selling woodworking/CNC and related industrial machinery. The role involves prospecting new accounts, maintaining existing relationships, and delivering solution-based sales tied to ROI.

Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and win new accounts across California (heavy focus on SoCal)
Demo machines in Anaheim and at customer sites; host/attend trials and events
Deliver consultative, solution-based capital equipment sales tied to ROI
Maintain/expand existing relationships and consistently hit sales targets
Keep CRM, pipeline, and forecasts accurate and current
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years outside sales in woodworking/CNC/industrial machinery
Strong mechanical/technical aptitude; confident with complex sales cycles
Documented hunter track record (quota attainment, new logos, growth)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through
Lives in Southern California; valid driver's license; frequent regional travel
Able to commute to Anaheim for demos, trainings, and customer visits
Previous experience in outside sales, staffing, or related B2B services
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of success
As this is an outside sales role, regular travel is expected, with required in-office check-ins
