We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team supporting the Department of Transportation, responsible for developing and managing the Quality Control Plan, ensuring compliance with performance standards and conducting audits.

Responsibilities

Develops and manages the Quality Control Plan (QCP) ensuring compliance with performance standards, SLA metrics, and deliverable acceptance criteria

Design QA/QC frameworks for service delivery and documentation reviews

Conduct audits and performance sampling against SLAs

Produce Quality Performance Reports and Corrective Action Plans

Interface with the Program Manager to ensure continuous service improvement
