Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting professional development and technical excellence
Oversee structural design efforts, including concrete, steel, and retaining structure rehabilitation
Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and quality assurance protocols
Drive innovation by staying current with technological advancements and industry trends
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualification

Required

6+ years of experience in structural engineering, including concrete and steel design
Professional Engineering (PE) license required
