Responsibilities

Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems that support our data center
Monitor and assess building systems, performing routine and emergency maintenance
Assist with operations of key infrastructure, including switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution, chillers, and rooftop HVAC
Use the CMMS system to manage and track maintenance work orders
Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Ensure compliance with OSHA, ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, and other safety and operational standards
Respond to emergency calls as needed

Qualification

Licensed electricianElectrical systems knowledgeMechanical systems knowledgeHVAC experienceTroubleshooting skillsBasic computer skills

Required

Licensed electrician with hands-on experience in industrial, commercial, or mission-critical environments
Mechanical and electrical knowledge of systems such as generators, switchgear, UPS, chillers, and power distribution
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with physical tasks (lifting up to 39 lbs, moving equipment, working in various conditions)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, CMMS systems)

Preferred

HVAC experience is preferred (but an HVAC license is not required)
