Responsibilities

You will be in direct contact with internal clients –processing orders, resolving any issues, request for assistance. The position involves Internal communication and the researchers do not contact the end user/customer. Direct Accesses communication is with the CSS’s only

Perform due diligence online search requests, involving Secured transactions, liens, litigation and/or bankruptcies for corporate and individual names

Ability to respond promptly to internal client questions and concerns

Use of Cogency's proprietary applications (training provided)

Working with public offices and commercial agents on the client's behalf

Reviewing legal documentation, and organizing relevant evidence –attention to detail is a must

Multi-tasking effectively

Excellent customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook software)

Team player equally capable of working independently

Great written and verbal communication

Qualification

Required

Prior customer service experience

Well-developed computer skills

Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication

Organized and very detail oriented

Ability to respond promptly to internal client questions and concerns

Team player equally capable of working independently

Great written and verbal communication

Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Preferred

History of working secured transactions

Researching public records

Associates or bachelor's degree or equivalent training, education and experience

Prior secured transaction knowledge
