Responsibilities
Take the helm of their new Sioux Falls office—launch, lead, and set the standard for excellence in the region
Oversee civil infrastructure projects, especially in wastewater treatment, utility systems, and site development
Drive design-build projects from initial concept through final construction
Lead technical design efforts and provide redline reviews
Cultivate strong relationships with municipalities, agencies, and industry partners
Support business development by identifying new opportunities and crafting winning proposals
Qualification
Required
Professional Engineer (PE) license in South Dakota, or ability to obtain within 6 months
8+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on wastewater infrastructure and utilities
Proven project management skills and the ability to lead teams effectively
A “draw it and build it” mindset—comfortable flexing between the design desk and the field
Strong communication skills and a knack for navigating tough conversations when needed
