Koita Agency is seeking a Residential Door-to-Door Field Sales Associate to execute residential field sales through door-to-door outreach. The role involves canvassing assigned routes, engaging with warm and hot leads, and closing sales at the door while following an established sales playbook.

Responsibilities
Canvass assigned streets and engage scheduled warm/hot leads
Conduct brief needs assessments, present appropriate plans, and close onsite
Log door attempts, conversations, demos, and sales; maintain up-to-date records daily
Coordinate installations/activations and confirm appointment windows at the door when feasible
Report common objections and effective tactics during daily and weekly team meetings
Qualification
Required
Confident face-to-face communicator comfortable following scripts and repeating established talk tracks
Persistent, organized, reliable, and open to coaching
Comfortable using a smartphone and CRM; valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Authorization to work in the U.S
