Sales/Design Lead/Business Development

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
Conduct client meetings to understand needs, present solutions, and close deals
Create Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Scope of Work documents for design team
Collaborate with system designers and project managers to deliver customized solutions
Perform site visits and quality inspections during installation phases
Stay up to date with trends in AV technology and competitor offerings
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and submit weekly progress reports
Represent the Liaison brand at industry events, trade shows, and client functions
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualification

Required

1–3 years of experience in B2B outside sales, ideally in AV, tech, or related industries
Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and consultative selling
Experience using CRM tools for tracking contacts and managing pipelines
Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check

Preferred

Familiarity with AV systems, pro audio, or commercial integration
