Responsibilities

Accurately handle and process both physical and digital records, ensuring smooth workflow and attention to detail. This includes downloading/uploading medical records, study films, and handling x-rays from various sources such as doctor offices and film libraries

Navigate through different types of software to manage records, burn CDs, and manage film libraries

Use UPS to ship documents and track shipments using tracking numbers

Review and prepare documents for delivery, ensuring all records meet our high standards before reaching the client

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns swiftly and efficiently

Maintain daily reports on completed work, and provide clear explanations for any backlog or delays
