Responsibilities

Providing technical support for engineering personnel in a research or design/development environment

Planning and conducting projects of limited scope or portions of larger projects

Selecting and adapting plans, techniques, designs, and layouts

Constructing, modifying, and assisting in the design and development of complex electronic circuits

Troubleshooting and testing highly complex assemblies and systems

Utilizing electro-mechanical, electronic, and inspection instruments

Implementing design data to comply with engineering objectives

Directing and coordinating the work of less senior technicians as required

Performing other duties as needed

Typically a High School Diploma and 3 years work experience or equivalent experience
