Responsibilities

Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ

Implements, facilitates, and manages live training events

Works closely with Training Team members to design and develop instructor-led training

Supports training initiatives for NADR key partners, staff, and volunteers as needed

Designs and develops resources for customers

Follows policies and procedures of Samaritans Purse as set forth in the Policy Manual

Attends daily morning devotions and participates in prayer support for the ministry, donors, and volunteers

Maintains a strong Christian witness to colleagues, vendors, charitable beneficiaries, and the general public

Required

Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of experience in content design and delivery industry; or equivalent combination of experience and education

Advanced presentation and facilitation skills

Knowledge of curriculum development theory

Knowledge of adult learning principles

Knowledge of general writing skills

Application of customer relations skills

Thorough knowledge of content delivery techniques

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or similar software systems

12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire

Fluency in English (required)
