Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Leads to understand an initiative’s operational flows and customer experience expectations for user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-to-end testing
Assist in defining and documenting a test strategy and framework that can be used across the Product
Draft quality test acceptance criteria at varying levels, including integration and negative testing
Provide oversight on testing progress for an initiative’s lifecycle, including functional, customer journey, database, and regression
Exercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage issues and defects arising from execution of test plans
Build testing automation tools and capabilities in partnership with Technology to increase the coverage of end to end integration testing
Partner with Technology to maintain an evergreen automation regression suite with necessary enhancements as required for new features and capabilities
Identify potential project roadblocks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and partner with the product team to proactively resolve
Communicate (both verbal and written) technical and non-technical updates to executives via decks and reports
Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer

Required

8+ years of experience in user acceptance testing in product development or related field
Deep understanding of automation testing tools, frameworks, best practices and strategies within an agile framework
Knowledge of non-functional requirements for long-term product stability
Proficiency in writing SQL queries and automation scripts
Demonstrated expertise with Agile processes, principles, and tools like Confluence and JIRA
Experience working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
Experience leading through ambiguity and managing shifting business priorities
Experience in fintech or financial services industry
