The Content Development Assistant will support the creative development of short-drama series by assisting with research, reference collection, and content breakdowns, gaining hands-on experience in production workflows.

Responsibilities

Assist specialists in researching potential content IPs, including books, UGC, market competitors, and trends, to identify possible adaptation paths

Help break down selected IPs, creating notes that specialists can use to guide outlines or scripts

Collect visual and advertising references to support story and production decisions

Support in maintaining content research libraries and development documentation

Shadow specialists throughout the content development process—from brainstorming and script breakdowns to fine cuts—to learn workflows and processes

Help organize materials for team meetings, pitch sessions, and creative discussions

Assist in tracking project materials and timelines, ensuring information is accessible and up-to-date
