Responsibilities
Responsible for working with clients and internal teams to model business value frameworks
You will have the opportunity to explore creative new methods for modeling and implementing these frameworks within the company’s software platform
Act as main technical liaison for new and existing clients, translating qualitative and quantitative insights on how the platform will improve the value of their business
Support sales team in advising clients on optimal usage of SaaS platform, while supporting the exploration of new features/uses that may be beneficial
Develop value models optimized for sales and customer success teams during pre & post sales cycles
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Excel, Google Sheets and/or related statistical analysis software
Experience with functions such as form control, VBA, Google Apps Script, graphing & reporting, etc
Experience with data visualization and business analytics
Interest in software industry and strong analytical mindset
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and high-achieving environment
Experience working with people
