Senior Account Executive
ILG Logistics is a leading multimodal 3PL provider, delivering customized freight solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Responsibilities
Effectively sell every mode of transportation and identify ILG’s wallet share
Maintain minimum KPIs related to cold calls and revenue goals
Proactively engage in phone-based outreach to generate leads and secure new business
Manage and funnel leads through the sales process, closing deals and driving business growth
Develop customized freight solutions to meet client needs
Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, and other methods
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Stay informed of market trends and effectively sell all modes of transportation
Meet or exceed qualitative and quantitative sales targets
Demonstrate excellent time management skills
Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, project scoping, and customer onboarding
Willingness to travel as needed
Utilize problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions for clients
Conduct quarterly reviews with existing clients to maximize ILG's share of their freight needs
Optimize time outside the office to generate new leads
Foster a team-oriented environment with positive energy and collaboration
Type at a minimum speed of 45 words per minute
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in sales within the logistics or transportation industry
Understanding of the enterprise sales approach thru multiple modes of transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
