They are looking to hire a Sr. Sales Analyst to support the Sales & Partnerships organizations in improving infrastructure, tools, systems, and analytics, while managing client data and ensuring accurate documentation for the sales teams.

Responsibilities
Manage and validate client data and work directly with sales team to ensure accurate collection of key documentation
Knowledgeable of closed deal requirements & auditing to ensure accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet individual & team KPIs
Work independently to resolve challenges and provide creative solutions to sales’ issues and questions
Demonstrated organizational skills like the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
Facilitate documentation of core procedures and ensure they are updated as the business and partner relationships evolve
Perform end-to-end analysis on processes to identify bottlenecks and challenges to find opportunities for improvement
Manage quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment
Bring an analytical and problem-solving mindset to standard challenges
Qualification
Required
3-5 years operations experience (ie Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, FP&A, Insurance)
Strong internal relationship building skills
Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
Initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP
Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and categorize high-level information
Strong Microsoft Office experience
The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently while making sound decisions
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to communicate
Ability to formulate problem statements and structure analyses to identify root cause, provide options, present findings, and support decision making
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams
Ability to strive in fast-paced evolving work environment
Preferred
A college degree is nice to have but not required
1 years in Insurance a plus
Project Management background another plus
