Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison for quality-related items with external customers
Manage change controls, deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and quality agreements
Facilitate discussions between customers and internal teams
Lead Joint Quality Team meetings and track action items
Review and approve investigation reports and root cause analyses
Ensure compliance with data integrity principles
Support customer audits and maintain quality standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
Experience in GMP environment and quality assurance

Proficiency in English (business fluent)
