Outside Sales (Electris360 - Western PA)
Xpand Demand is a leading outsourced sales, marketing and service organization representing various companies in the electrical industry. They are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to elevate the brand of Fields Electrical Sales by creating demand in the assigned geographic territory through in-person and virtual sales calls, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Participates in the development and execution of all agency manufacturer business plans
Develops, executes, and regularly reviews your assigned distributor, contractor, and end-user account sales performance
Monthly, actively participates in formal coaching sessions with Vice President - Sales
Plans and conducts sales calls utilizing the calendar tool. Plan each sales week accordingly for optimum results
Develops customer relationships through social activities
Meets or exceeds established manufacturer sales goals
Maintains appropriate pipeline for each manufacturer
Prioritizes opportunities to close sales
Develops new accounts to grow market share
Maintains and grows existing distributor business
Works closely with strategic distributor partners to grow sales
Maintains and grows existing contractor and end-user business
Effectively executes manufacturers’ promotions/ initiatives/ campaigns
Effectively prepares for Regional Manager and factory personnel visits
Consistently and effectively plans and conducts training meetings at distributors
Qualification
Required
Must reside in the Western PA
The individual in this position will be to continuously elevate the brand of Fields Electrical Sales and the brands we represent by creating demand for each one in your geographic territory(s)
Execute 4-5 in-person and or virtual sales calls to customer accounts 4 days a week and 1 office day a week to perform prospecting, opportunity follow up, and general territory maintenance activities
Communication with customers is achieved through in-person sales calls, virtual sales calls, phone conversations and email
Occasional overnight travel may be required to attend education seminars with the brands we represent or for customer events
