Responsibilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills to work successfully with staff and managers within and outside of the function
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and on cross-functional teams
Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Ability to follow standard accounting and finance practices, and departmental procedures and processes
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their application in finance, such as predictive analytics and automation
Ability to leverage AI-powered tools for financial modeling, data analysis, and process optimization
Interest in emerging technologies like machine learning and generative AI for improving financial insights and decision-making
