Responsibilities

Assist in managing and supporting partnerships with publishers, social platforms, and ad platforms
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for partners, handling communications and ensuring smooth collaboration
Support contract negotiations by preparing materials, coordinating with legal, and reviewing terms under the guidance of senior team members
Help coordinate partnership integration projects by tracking timelines, preparing documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams
Create and maintain partner-facing materials and internal documentation (playbooks, deal trackers, revenue reports) that articulate how partnerships drive value and impact
Manage and help initiate co-marketing opportunities with partners, including case study creation, event coordination, and shared promotional activities
Assist with the preparation, completion, and submission of RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) to meet partner and client needs
Evaluate new partnership opportunities by gathering market intelligence, conducting initial research, and helping to assess potential fit and value
Stay informed on industry trends in advertising, data, and measurement to help provide insights that shape partnership strategy

Required

2 - 4 years in business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably within AdTech, digital media, or marketing technology
Demonstrated ability to support and manage commercial agreements, with direct experience in negotiating terms
Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including experience with publishers, data providers, and measurement platforms
Ability to synthesize data, identify opportunities, and contribute to business cases that strengthen partnerships
Comfort working closely with sales, legal, and product teams to execute on partnership goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience managing external partners and stakeholders
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment
