Qualification

BIM experienceRevitAutoCADNavisworksElectrical systems knowledgeField installation practicesQuality assuranceCustomer communicationProblem solvingTeam collaboration

Required

2-3 years of BIM or VDC experience
Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Procore
Familiarity with electrical systems, conduit routing, NEC codes, and field installation practices
Experience working with multidisciplinary coordination efforts in BIM
Ability to analyze modeling challenges and provide constructible solutions
Strong ability to collaborate with contractors, project managers, and field teams
Take full responsibility for BIM model accuracy, project success, and team collaboration
