Responsibilities

Ensure HR systems, trackers, and documentation are accurate and current

Support internal communication initiatives and help streamline information flow across teams

Monitor email requests and flag missed or time-sensitive emails to the team

Assist senior team members by maintaining up-to-date records of assignments

Track staffing changes and ensure relevant files, trackers, and systems reflect current information

Assist with performance review processes, including:

Following up with team members for feedback submissions

Compiling and organizing reviews in a clear, consistent format

Tracking completion and flagging outstanding items

Contribute to projects that support engagement, learning, and team culture

Provide administrative support for team events, trainings, or workshops and ad hoc requests
