Yardi and Business Software Administrator

They are seeking a Yardi and Business Software Administrator to provide technical assistance and support for the Yardi software infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and compliance while collaborating with IT and Accounting Teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as an overall Yardi system administrator, resource expert, and technical support leader for Yardi at all levels
Manage ETL imports in relation to accounting, new property setup, and other business needs
Routinely audit Yardi system and other assigned systems/software privileges and permissions for all users to ensure data integrity and policy compliance
Answer incoming escalated and assigned Helpdesk tickets concerning Yardi Systems, provide resolution to internal customers by addressing and resolving tickets in a friendly and timely manner
Create reference guides and assist other departments in refining procedures and operations in relation to relevant software
Monitor Yardi updates, provide recommendations to departments if applicable, and execute the implementation as required
Remain updated on new Yardi and other relevant products, offering recommendations to enhance HILLS business operations
Create and actively manage open support cases with the Yardi escalation team for timely resolution and clearly communicate progress to relevant HILLS associates
Collaborate with department members on special projects and other software as assigned

Required

3+ years of hands-on Yardi software administration experience
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Strong Microsoft 365 skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully manage projects independently and in a group setting
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Initiative to solve problems, manage change and collaborate with others

Preferred

Power BI working experience is a plus
