Fluid Systems Engineer II - New Glenn, Integrated Vehicle Test

Responsibilities
Develop, lead and complete fluid systems integrated tests and operations for various spaceflight fluids systems
Collaborate with Responsible Engineers and Designers to plan tests of the vehicle systems, ensuring these tests are crafted to verify the pertinent requirements
Coordinate test crews, define vehicle test configurations and develop and operate support equipment required for testing
Support subsystem development testing to reduce program risk
Write test procedures and handle procedural redlines' day of test
Act as lead test engineer for a given test with overall responsibility for safety of the test, the crew and the vehicle
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering
3+ years of current technical hands-on experience in: Developing, authoring and updating test procedures
3+ years of current technical hands-on experience in: Hazardous testing and operations with a strong safety record
3+ years of current technical hands-on experience in: Working optimally in multiple subject areas
3+ years of current technical hands-on experience in: Leading test teams as a Test Conductor or Test Engineer
Excellent technical writing and communication skills
Active awareness of Hazards & Mitigations in pressurized systems
Flexible demeanor and high overall technical curiosity
Experience in systems engineering practices formal
2+ years of current technical hands-on experience testing or operating in at least one of the following areas: Inert Gas Systems (GN2, GHE, NITROX)
2+ years of current technical hands-on experience testing or operating in at least one of the following areas: Cryogenic Systems (LOX, LNG, LN2)
2+ years of current technical hands-on experience testing or operating in at least one of the following areas: Hazardous Chemical Processing (Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Industrial Chemicals)
2+ years of current technical hands-on experience testing or operating in at least one of the following areas: Launch/Space Vehicle Ground Systems
2+ years of current technical hands-on experience testing or operating in at least one of the following areas: Launch/Space Vehicle Flight Systems
Preferred
Experience testing or operating Hypergolic Systems (Ex: MMH-NTO, TEA-TEB, UDMH-NTO)
Experience testing or operating Hydrogen Peroxide Systems
Experience testing or operating Ground Control Systems
Master's in engineering
Familiarity with space vehicle production flow
