Manage Field Change Requests: Develop, track, analyze, forecast, and process on-site changes. Run weekly Contractor meetings for FCN review and approval

Invoice Review: Validate invoices against approved contracts and FCRs

Cost Reports: Assist with preparation, contractor forecasting, and monthly variance justification

Earned Value Measurement: Create, maintain, and report progress measurement for Contracts

Cash Flow Management: Update and track cash flow for Capital and Expense, explaining variances

Schedule: Review and comment on Master and Contractor work schedules

Contract Close Out: Ensure documentation is complete, apply back charges, and lead Contractor evaluation reviews

Assist with other duties as needed

Contract resource - fixed hourly rate for hours worked

Start date ~beginning of 2026 thru end of 2028. Standard 40 hr. work week, with overtime as approved
