Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day maintenance for the community

Complete work orders efficiently (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, carpentry, etc.)

Routine maintenance of rental units and assisting in refurbishing of make-ready homes, including painting, cleaning, light carpentry / plumbing / electrical work

Coordinate with vendors and ensure work is completed to standard

Maintain community systems (common areas, etc.)

Maintaining property grounds

Assist in coverage of the after-hours maintenance emergency line

Support a culture of safety, quality, and resident satisfaction

Maintain and keep working areas clean and organized
