Vice President, Growth and Strategy - Cyber and Analytics

Leidos is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Growth to lead business development, capture, and strategic growth activities for the Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA) within the Intelligence Sector. This executive will be responsible for expanding Leidos’ presence across cyber operations, mission software, signals intelligence, and technology-enabled services.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the growth strategy across the CABA portfolio
Build and manage a multi-year pipeline aligned with customer mission priorities and corporate strategy
Oversee business development activities including account planning, customer engagement, call plans, and opportunity qualification
Lead major captures, ensuring effective opportunity shaping, competitive positioning, teaming, pricing, and proposal execution
Partner with P&L, engineering, and program teams to drive differentiated, mission-aligned solutions
Develop strong relationships with senior government customers and industry partners
Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed business development and capture workforce
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance across the growth organization

Required

Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience
Demonstrated success leading growth in national security, intelligence, cyber, or mission software markets
Strong understanding of Intelligence Community and/or DoD missions, customer environments, acquisition processes, and procurement frameworks
Proven record of leading and winning complex captures, ideally $100M+ in value
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
Experience leading distributed teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Active TS/SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain)
