Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP S/4HANA projects from planning through go-live and hypercare, ensuring on-time and in-scope execution

Develop project plans, manage scope and timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet quality expectations

Coordinate and facilitate requirement reviews, design workshops, UAT sessions, business cutover planning, go-live activities, and war rooms

Apply manufacturing and supply chain expertise to identify issues, analyze root causes, resolve open items, and drive timely closure

Partner with PMO to track project milestones, risks, KPIs, and progress, providing accurate and timely stakeholder updates

Collaborate with change management teams on communication plans, training plans, content creation, and end-user training delivery

Work closely with CoE, IT, analytics, and cross-functional partners throughout the project lifecycle, including managing enhancement initiatives

Support PMO with preparation for core team and steering committee meetings, including status reports and leadership updates

Apply SAP S/4HANA implementation best practices and project management methodologies, continually identifying process improvement opportunities
