Responsibilities

Coordinate with Steamship Lines, Drayage Providers, Suppliers and USDA to export containerized loads for our clients

Consult clients to obtain information to ensure correct measures are in place and clients’ needs are met

Issue correct shipment information and arrange shipment pick-up

Ensure shipments meet OSHA, USDA, and FMC regulations, in addition to local regulations

Ensure procedures and standards as set are maintained

Assist other team members as required in a team environment and instructed by manager

Daily tracking of shipments
