Product Manager, Optimization
Anonymous is a global trading firm seeking a talented Business Analyst/Product Manager with a passion for optimization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency through the (re)engineering and optimization of processes and workflows, requiring a blend of analytical, operational, product, project, relationship management, and technical skills.

Responsibilities
Drive critical firmwide automation initiatives
Drive efficiency through the (re)engineering and optimization of processes and workflows
Navigate complex, technical environments in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Process Engineer, Product Manager/Operations/Owner, Technical Project Manager type function
Business analysis; requirements gathering, user stories, technical specifications
Coordinate and deliver projects
Hands-on experience with data models/field level mapping/trade templates
Deploying new technology to drive automation
Experience building 0->1
Experience creating, delivering and presenting decks to senior stakeholders
Extensive stakeholder influencing and relationship management skills
Translate between business and technical stakeholders
Strong technical bias and familiarity with technical concepts (ie: API's, data standards, programming a plus)
Qualification
Required
2-5 years in consulting (management/technology), i-banking, fintech/tech
Ability to successfully navigate complex, technical environments in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Process Engineer, Product Manager/Operations/Owner, Technical Project Manager type function
Business analysis; requirements gathering, user stories, technical specifications
Project Management; coordinate and deliver projects
Hands-on experience with data models/field level mapping/trade templates
Deploying new technology to drive automation
Experience building 0->1
Experience creating, delivering and presenting decks to senior stakeholders
Extensive stakeholder influencing and relationship management skills
Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
Strong technical bias and familiarity with technical concepts (ie: API's, data standards, programming a plus)
Knowledge of Alteryx, Figma, Jira, SQL, Tableau
Strong academic pedigree; educated at a minimum, to Bachelors level in an engineering/technical discipline (computer/electrical/industrial/mechanical/systems engineering, operations research or similar) from a top school strongly preferred
An interest in, and passion for, automation, data, innovation and new technology
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Knowledge of front-to-back financial trade workflow and automation a huge bonus, but not required
In-depth knowledge of financial products (ie: Commodities, Credit, Currencies, Derivatives, Equities, Futures/Options, Fixed Income, Rates) a huge bonus, but not required
Masters degree strongly preferred
