They are seeking a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant to support their accounting operations and ensure accuracy and efficiency in their financial processes.

Responsibilities
Processing and organizing post-billing documentation
Scanning, coding, and sending invoices to customers
Preparing and recording bank deposits and coding them in Absolute
Managing lien releases through Supply Pro to trigger customer payments
Handling the NextGen “Pinks” process to release homesites for installation
Performing A/R aging analysis and conducting follow-up
Assisting with accounting projects and cross-functional tasks
Providing general support to both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Ensuring documentation is accurate, organized, and properly filed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math proficiency and a comfort level working with numbers
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, web-based systems)
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, consistent attendance and a positive team mindset
Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods
Occasional standing, reaching, bending, or lifting up to 10 lbs
Ability to move between offices and handle paper files as needed
Preferred
Experience with A/R duties or general administrative accounting tasks
