Responsibilities

Analyze and translate business requirements into system and service designs that support logistics and procurement processes

Support and enhance processes such as: Planning. (e.g., manage demand and supply planning cycles, schedules, and capacity plans)

Purchasing & Vendor Management (e.g., requisitions, orders, scheduling agreements)

Inventory Management (e.g., goods movements, reconciliation, reporting)

Customer Order Management (e.g., order entry, invoicing, allocations)

EDI Integration (e.g., SPS Commerce for POs, invoices, ASN)

Material & Customer Master Data (e.g., creation, maintenance, controls)

Warehouse & Shipping Operations (e.g., handling units, transfers, shipments)

Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational goals and compliance requirements

Provide maintenance and support for systems enabling these processes, including SAP MM, SD, APO, and integrated platforms with EDI

Ensure adherence to IT security policies, and Imperial Brands standards

Manage service delivery performance, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across Finance, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Distribution, and IT teams (Project Management, Operations, Service Delivery)

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with more than 8 years of IT experience

Experience supporting planning, logistics and procurement processes in CPG (Consumer Packed Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environments

Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM, SD and APO modules

Experience in service delivery and vendor management within a multinational organization

Must be 21 years of age or older

Knowledge of SAP ECC MM, SD and APO modules

Knowledge of S4/HANA and Blue Yonder planning and logistics modules are a plus

Knowledge of EDI platforms (e.g., SPS Commerce)

Knowledge of Cloud and integration platforms (e.g., SAP MII, SAP BTP, MuleSoft, Azure)

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams

Knowledge of Project and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, MS Project, Planner)

Skilled in verbal and written communication

Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination

Skilled in time and task management

Skilled in reporting and governance oversight

Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking

Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams

Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels

Ability to maintain effective working relationships across global teams

Ability to travel, as needed

Preferred

ITIL Foundation certification preferred
