Responsibilities

Leading a cross-functional team in the technical execution of the development of Passive Sensor hardware technologies and delivery of these technology to program adopters

Achieving technical, schedule, and cost performance objectives for the development scope

Communicating technical status and issues to program and functional leadership as well as customers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related technical field

Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance, therefore you must be a US Citizen

Minimum of 14 years of experience in RF or Hardware engineering, with a focus on design, development, and testing of RF components and subsystems

Demonstrated experience leading a team to develop RF or hardware products

Preferred

Master's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

Active DOD Secret Clearance

Advanced knowledge of RF principles

Experience in radar design and theory of operation

Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and Control Account Management Experience

Experience with supplier management

Previous Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) experience

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to technical challenges
