Responsibilities
Knowledge of SAP analysis, integration, and systems development
Influence business processes across multiple departments to improve processes and system integrations
Knowledge of SAP modules specifically SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, and PM
Engage with EDI, portals, and web integration projects
Act as liaison for SAP, EDI, web portals, and external partners
Manage and monitor SAP PO/PI/XI EDI solutions
Provide analytical support for SAP business systems and modules
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SAP- related issues
Support system enhancements and pursue continuous improvement initiatives
Manage the relationship between business partners and the IT department relative to requirements, solutions, and priorities
Work with business partners to determine alignment of initiatives with business goals and value
Develop and maintain an advanced knowledge of the capabilities and functions of the SAP and other assigned application software. Use this knowledge to recommend optimal solutions to business requirements that best leverages the product using best practice methodologies
Assess cross-functional impact of changes to business processes
Assist in all aspects of solution development and deployment activities except for coding
Emphasis will be on scope definition, requirements definition, system configuration, testing, and deployment
Develop and document new processes and solutions
Perform system support activities and ensures production support service levels are met for all business applications
Provide attentive, timely and effective support for systems, software, and end user technical needs
Utilize and maintain an internal support ticket tracking system
Create and update documentation such as BRD?s, FSD/TSD?s, process flows, and work instructions
Train end users on new or existing software and related processes
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of SAP analysis, integration, and systems development

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or IT
5+ years of experience in SAP, with a strong understanding of SAP processes and systems
Familiar with SAP modules SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, and PM
