Risk Cost Analyst
ASLPM is seeking a dedicated Risk Cost Analyst to join their Project Controls and Project Financial team. This critical support role involves managing project uncertainty and financial health across infrastructure projects, requiring strong analytical skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Analyze and Model: Perform preliminary qualitative and quantitative analyses, including cost modeling and scenario analysis, to understand financial risk
Data Management: Collect and process data for project cost assessments and risk registers
Integrate Findings: Help embed risk assessment results into project cost estimates, forecasts, and contingency planning efforts
Report & Document: Draft reports, presentations, and summaries for senior management, maintaining clear and organized documentation
Collaborate: Work closely with estimating, scheduling, and project controls teams to support the tracking of risk mitigation strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of professional experience in a risk, cost, or project support role
Familiarity with foundational risk management and cost analysis concepts
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or capital projects
Proficiency with risk and cost management tools (e.g., Excel, @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis)
A track record of managing competing priorities and meeting strict deadlines
