Talent Development Coordinator

ALO is a company focused on mindful movement and better living. They are seeking a highly organized Talent Development Coordinator to support the planning and execution of learning programs and team initiatives across the corporate organization.

Responsibilities

Serve as the operational backbone of the Talent Development team, ensuring all programs run smoothly and efficiently
Manage scheduling and logistics for team-sponsored workshops, events, and learning experiences—including booking space, creating calendar invites, sending internal communications, and managing post-event surveys
Own and maintain the team’s shared inbox, calendar, and intake process for workshop and training requests
Coordinate and support the execution of new hire onboarding and orientation programming, including day-of logistics and facilitation support, in partnership with Executive Onboarding Lead
Partner with the Talent Development & Internal Communications teams to keep employee intranet updated with current toolkits, guides, and workshop resources
Manage team administrative operations, including expense processing, invoice submissions, and supply ordering
Help implement and maintain systems that improve the efficiency, consistency, and quality of team deliverables
Support internal campaigns and engagement efforts that reflect the voice and values of the Alo brand
Maintain documentation for workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures as TD programs scale globally

Required

2+ years of experience in a coordinator, project support, or team operations role—experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or HR teams preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Workspace, Canva; familiarity with Articulate Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, and Asana is a plus
Experience using or interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, etc) to streamline tasks and enhance workflows
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication with a high level of polish
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with ambiguity, willingness to iterate, and proactive problem-solving mindset
Strong sense of ownership, with a collaborative spirit and high standards for execution and aesthetics
