Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams to schedule timely full-home inspections upon receipt of purchase agreements
Conduct detailed exterior and interior inspections across the Chicagoland area, ensuring accurate documentation of all property conditions
Capture high-quality photos, videos, and field notes using CompanyCam; upload and organize media daily
Occasionally perform recurring property checks and assist in final walks to support smooth closings
Work outdoors regularly and uphold safety standards on all job sites
Collaborate with asset management and construction teams to evaluate risks, identify repair needs, and support investment decision-making
Develop estimates for construction team using company technology
Communicate seller and property information clearly to support efficient transaction coordination
Participate in daily huddles, weekly meetings, and other recurring team touch-points
Maintain consistent alignment with the Operations Team to ensure streamlined processes and strong cross-department collaboration
Qualification
Required
Standard work availability Monday–Friday (approx. 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.)
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Proficiency with technology, including mobile apps and digital documentation tools
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and use company-provided technology (phone, apps, devices, inspection tools)
